Leather/Vinyl in Florida

I removed all my seats and will have to restore them. The seat frames are in good shape, but rusty. I will have to get them reupholstered. I am thinking just going them in a tan cloth cause it get so friggin hot in Florida. With the top down probably burn myself with leather or vinyl? Any thoughts? Anyone have some cloth seats in there car and would like to give me input or a picture would be great.

Kinda bass-ackward suggestion, but you could always restore them with leather covers, then use slip-cover type (slip-on) fleece or cloth covers in the hot summer.
