Replacing All The Rubber- kits?

Post by jimmycakes401 »

Are there whole front and rear suspension kits filled with all the rubber fittings, ball joints etc...? Or is it all just stuff I have to hunt down separately? I have an extra rear end and front arms. I'd like to restore both then pop them on after I take the old ones off.

Never seen a kit, but I believe you will get guidance and advice from a good vendor.

I believe Chris Obert sells some compete rubber kits. I'm not sure if they cover what you are looking for though.

Well. I need to replace a lot of the rubber components underneath. She's been sitting for close to 18 years. But she's got 62,000 miles on her.

I dont believe I have ever seen a 'kit' for the under car.

If you are looking at your suspension.... I would start at the front of the car and work my way back. I generally do it by systems, front suspension, rear suspension, brakes.....

Didn't Auto Ricambi used to offer poly suspension bushings in addition to the OEM style I see now on their site? Or is this just another instance of brain-flatulence on my part?
