Has anyone removed the front left fender? Is it entirely spot welded? My wife backed into it and you can see the result. I have a fiberglass replacement to fix it, I just have to remove the old one...

Ouch, that hurts just looking at it. SUV? Good thing it didn't affect the hood.
You can try one of these: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/d ... mber=95343 it will be easy, but depending on how the panels are layered and how deep you drill you could have some 3/8" holes in the flange that the fiberglass panel mounts to. Although pre drilled mounting holes could be a good thing.
Or you could use an angle grinder and cutoff wheel to cut away most of the fender. Then use a standard drill bit to drill out the center of the spot weld and use a hammer and cold chisel to separate the perimeter of the weld.
Just make sure you protect the surrounding paint if you use a grinder. Hot sparks aren't kind to your paint job.
