What? A spider with extensive body damage? Sound? I find that hard to believe. And what is the 79 body for?
79's are usually rusted, even in CA. That part sounds kinda odd.
200 HP is a hand granade with a loose pin. Very hard to see it as a street usable engine, and proper gas to run it is expensive. Don't know where you are, but you can get a like new spider out of Ill., for 15K. Look on the net for a complete Fiat, ready to drive, all stock, in your price range.
