Hi.
Can anyone tell me for certain whether there are any differences in the windshields on these spiders.
I 've been told differnt things. Yes and No. As I intend to buy one and the seller tells me it "should" fit.
From my experience I can tell you that I have replaced my early model CS dash with the dash from a later CSO and the gap between the dash and the windshield frame was considerable - especially moreso in the middle where the curve is.
Do the windshield frames have diffrent curvatures? can an early windshield fit a later & vise-a- versa?
Thanks

Re: spider windshields - are they different?
yes, they are different. vary by as much as 3/4". greatest variation is at the top, not how it fits the car. This means your top may not fit the windshield and side glass may require adjustment in angle. Ask me how i know this
