Refurbish Original Paint

Is there a method of refurbishing the original paint on my Fiat or do I need to have it resprayed?

Don't think that's the original paint. From your photo it would appear that the clear coat is peeling off.. original paint was not base coat clear coat I believe.

Once the clear coat is coming off. Better just to strip the car and repaint..
