FFO Roll Call

Post by sptcoupe »

Who is going to make the trek to FFO, and what are you driving/shipping there, from where?

We are part of a 12 car caravan from Texas, and will be driving our 1972 coupe and 2012 500 PE, car #20. Most of the cars will be starting from the Houston area, but some will join from Dallas, and one, all the way from San Antonio.

We have a family gathering in South Carolina the same weekend (wedding) that takes priority over FFO :? , but I'm trying to plan a schedule to be in Nashville Thursday and Friday morning. If it works out, we'll see you then.

Will be driving my 74 Spider from Atlanta. Was hoping to find some others from the area to caravan, but haven't found anyone headed up the same day yet (Thursday).

I'll be trailering the Spider from Ottawa. The truck has A/C and cupholders - much more comfortable for a 16 hour drive into the steamy south. I think a couple of others are coming from here. I will arrive Thursday afternoon, so I hope to see Alvon.

My mom and I were planning on coming, but she's having second thougts :( she's worried that we'll have a break down or something will go wrong. we would be leaving from port huron if we were going so it would end up being a 10 hour drive or so. I'm trying to convince her to change her mind, but for now it doesn't look like we'll be bringing our fiat :( but i hope you all have fun and have a safe trip to nashville!

Wow! The entire length of I-81. 850 miles; I'll bet you'll be glad to see "Exit 1". Let me buy you a beer. Unfortunately, no Old Montreal Blonde Lager in Nashville, but we'll come up with something.

We'll be arriving in Nashville sometime around noon on Wednesday, driving up from Atlanta. I'll try to cross paths and caravan with Craig if it works out. Looking forward to hanging with you guys through Friday morning, then driving back to the Carolinas for a family gathering and wedding activities. See you folks soon.
