Removing Seatback Frame

Hi,

I acquired a set of '79 seats to replace the nasty pair in my 1978 CS1, driver's seat pan is a picture frame, and the driver's seatback has the characteristic "sway".

I've never done anything like this: How do I get the frame out for repair without destroying the foam or the upholstery?

Need to seperate teh upper from the lower, also need a set of hog ring pliers. remove rings from lower fabric and frame. peel fabric off the foam. foam also clips to the frame. reinstall in the reverse. Upper just peels off over the foam. need to remove the headrest slide clips/inserts etc.
