Rally vs. Elite or Elite lumbar seats by Procar/scat

Post by surfingfreeman »

Hello
Wondering if anyone has either of these other 2 seats made by Procar. I'm 6'2" and i don't feel i get the support out of the OEM seats in my 82'. I totally agree the style of the rally lends itself much better to these cars (than either of the other models) however i think i need more back on the seat, does the headrest move up vertically? Can anyone chime in on the other 2 models, thanks. Oh yeah anyone ever buy unfinished seats and have an upolstery place finish them in matching leather?

The only one I have seen is the Rally. The older ones look and fit well, BUT the newer ones look similar and are quite a bit higher. Too high for me, I had to slump over to keep my head off the top, (it was raining). I am told this was because of differences in the seat. not mounting.

At 6'4", I'm really interested in finding out how you make out with the seats. Please keep us updated.
