I doubt it. Once warped, it will always be warped. It will never be straight.

Its pretty easy to cut new fiberboard material it woudl be just a matter of reattaching the vinyl and riveting on the top metal edge..

I removed the handle, sprayed the panel with water so it got just slightly damp, and put it on a table so that the top part hang over the edge. Then put a flat piece of wood over it all and some heavy stuff on top to keep it under pressure. Let it sit for two days til dry. Not perfect, but definitely much better than before.

I can concur with this technique. It may not be perfect but it will make them flatter to the point the clips and screws will pull them in.

I wonder if you could paint or varnish the back side of the door card to repel moisture and lessen the chances of a repeat?

The trick to preventing this from happening is to put a layer of plastic over access holes for the window and locking mechanism in the door. From the factory there would have been plastic attached with some form of putty around all the holes to keep the water out. What you can do to replace it is, take a thicker heavy duty trash bag or other plastic sheeting/bag(just make sure it will cover the entire surface!)spray some contact adhesive around the perimeter of the door(be sure to keep it back from the edge of the door panel so it wont show!) place the plastic on and then trim to fit. cut a hole in the plastic for the window crank, door handle etc. We use this trick on all the show cars we do at the shop to make sure our hard doesn't get ruined

Thanks from me too!

I love this site, I don't even have to ask to get answers to my issues.

Both my door panels are warped & now I have a solution.
