Thoughts on new Fiat dealers?

just curious, why would a Fiat dealership need a Fiat specialist? Are you selling other brands there?

Mark, see the quote below from the dealer's web site. The salespeople are "specialists". Just like all the cashiers ar Walmart are "associates", stock boys at the grocery store are "partners" and the people taking my money at Best Buy are part of an elite "squad".

So true, Kevin. My first job was at K-Mart; an "assistant manager". Also known as a stock boy with a tie.

OTOH, I now consider myself a "Fiat Specialist"

One week, no reply. By their published standards they still have five weeks in which to be "timely" with an answer.

We are past the FIVE WEEK mark now, and still no reply from anyone at Fiat. This ain't right.....
