Before Game 7, I'd like to go on record that officiating in this series sucks. We can debate about how rough is too rough, but after the whistle blows, the shenanigans should cease. Thomas' Game 5 slash on Burrows should have been a game misconduct. And what about the ref's warning that any more fingers in mouths was going to be called unsportsmanlike? Saw that at least twice last night and in Game 5. Then the announcers talk about "refs taking control of the game" with a few minutes left. BFD.

It's NHL, not WWF.

Well That's that..... Great work by both teams...

Gotta hand it to the Bruins though for stepping up to prevent what to me, seemed like a loss coming before the game started....I didn't feel comfortable till 1/2 way through the third...

Too bad some d--k heads on Vancouver streets and the thousands that booed Thomas in the arena (when he was presented with the Con Smythe) made all the others look bad......

I was 12 and 14 in 70 and 72 .. Funny I remember them like it was yesterday...but don't ask me what I had for breakfast this morning....

Congrats to all Bruins Fans....Long time coming....

Yah congrats to the Bruins. The fans were not booing Thomas...it was Bettman. They hate him in Vancouver.
After seeing the aftermath by a bunch of boneheaded hooligans I hope Vancouver goes out early from now on.
It's ridiculous and shameful.

That first goal was really a stake in their heart. Canucks seemed to go defensive after that goal, while Boston kept up the pressure. Always tough when the visiting team wins a big game. Congratulations to Boston and their fans on ending a long drought.

Well what can I say the Bruins were the better team all around. Congratulations to them.

Thomas was just phenomenal. Rightfully the con smithe winner.

The thousands of fans gave him the standing ovation, was very nice to see that.

Watching Kesler cry put tears to my eyes. What an effort on his part, injured and all. (even though they wont admit it)

YA, Bettman was booed big time. I think he is hated across Canada.

oh well back to our Fiats!!!
