Hi there is an Abarth system for sale on this site but it is for either a 1400 or 1600 engine. Can any body tell me if it will also fit an 1800 engine as well.
Cheers Spidergirl

Hi
Are you refering to the rear muffler? It should fit with no problem.
As far as I can tell, there are virtually no differences from 1600cc to 1800cc engines cars in reference to chassis details.
The 2.0 had notable diffrences with refernce to exhaust mounts, rear axle/suspension and drivetrain. Also, engine sits slightly taller hence to larger bonnet (hood) bulges.
In any case, if its the rear muffler you are refering to - twin pipes -, Abarths had them as standard as they were 1800(CSA)
In the worst case scenario, any capable exhaust muffler guy can tweak to fit nicely.
Hope this helps

If it starts at the exit from the manifold (the down pipe, two into one) you may need to make a spacer to bridge a possible gap from the bottom of the manifold to the top of the down pipe. There is a huge difference (A@1.5) on a 2.0 litre and I believe there is a smaller difference on a 1.8.
