Is something missing here?

Putting the hood and trunk latches back on. There are huge spaces around the studs. Am I missing something that goes around the two studs or is this the way the latches sit there. I have a washer and nut which go on the front.

I dont remember any sleeves for those studs. you want that much play. you will need all the movement to locate the hood properly when it is closed.

oh, okay. I wasn't sure. I'll leave it loose until I put the hood and trunk lid on.

brady there is a plastic cover that goes over the latch. If you dont have one i think i have a spare for the cost of shipping
