Old School Bumpers

Has anyone installed the old school bumpers, or the new retro ones, onto the bumper shocks of a later model spider?

this is a prototype, it was an old bumper i had laying around.

Hey Ken, I have been thinking about removing all my side windows. Does it get more windy in the car without the triangle corner windows?
