I took my front sway bar out. when it lays on the ground the drivers side end is about 3/4 of an inch from the ground while the passenger end is touching the ground.
I think is worn and that's contributing to my car sitting a little lower on the drivers side. is there a fix for this? should I get a new 1'' performance bar, is it worth it?, should I get a rear bar as well?
Wanted to get your opinion and experiences with different setups. It will be a street car.. with "sport" driving style.

Re: front sway bar questions
I just put a new 1 inch bar on my 79, along with a rear bar and performance shocks and springs, the sad part is that I have not road tested it yet as I am doing a total rebuild. However I can sen you my original sway bar if you will cover shipping. I am in western Washington, I can ship it in the box the new bars came in. I just checked, it sits flat, you would have to buy new bushings for the center and ends. E/m me if you want the bar...
