aj81spider Since it's my moms car and she didn't trust me that much with this project I wasn't allowed to take the engine out

But I made do with the situation and painted everything while still in the engine. I just had to make sure everywhere I didn't want paint was taped up and covered up with newspaper. I few times I accidentally had overspray, but I was able to clean it up with some gasoline. I was able to take off the air cleaner because it looked simple enough and i just gave it a coat of black metallic gloss, and i got the overflow bottle out to clean it up some. I used krylon paint for the timing belt cover, high heat paint for the main bloc, and flame proof paint for the exhaust header. Now I feel 100% more comfortable with the engine and actually am getting to know my way around
