When you can't find what your looking for

Post by azygoustoyou »

Well it just blows me away when I can't find something I know I have. I was looking for the part that hooks up to the oil thing-a-ma-jiggy  ( I can't even spell it or tell you what it is) so you can read the oil pressure or something. I had to go through all my stuff anyways to organize the different pieces for the car so it would be quicker to put it together. Here's my mess. By the way, I did clean up most of the stuff in the house.

Are you talking about the oil sender unit?

Meh. I've got 3 little kids. You should see what the house looks like after a weekend day when they've been playing with their toys...

Brady,
Those pictures sure do bring back the memories of having an entire car disassembled and spread out!!!
And I can certainly relate to "missing" parts. There were a few items I couldn't find...bought a replacement...and then of course the part turns up after the car was completed reassembled.

Ye, I've spent hours looking for something, only to give up and buy a replacement. Then I find it, usually in a special place where I wouldn't lose it :x
