Project: ICCS Spider

To continue the spidermania that started last year with spider designer Tom Tjaarda's visit to ICF and this year's BSC, the Italian Car Club of the Southwest (ICCS) will rebuild a FIAT 124-based spider ('66 - '85 1/2) and donate it to charity. We anticipate it then being raffled at ICF 2008.
As spider enthusiasts I invite you to get involved. Initially, we will consider which spider to restore. I ask you to assist in coming up with prospective donor cars to choose from. Naturally a rust free car from our region is desireable and condition is a key factor. However, at this point I ask that if you know of any potential spiders, please send pictures to Garrick Whitnah at ducati@charter.net . Garrick is the head of this fantastic project. There will be other ways to be involved later.
Already, we have two spiders to pick from. We will soon have those pictures posted.
