I have done a search for repair manuals and have not found a post that offers a suggestion for the best repair manual for my '79 Spider. I have no doubt that somewhere on this site, someone has listed this - but my search has proved to be no help.
Soooo, for guys like me (and gals of course) which manual is the best and most comprehensive? I have downloaded pages from artigue - but really want a hard copy.
Thanks for the help.

Re: repair manuals
I have several manuals for all of my cars.
I like having the factory manual as it is the most accurate on most things. I have the Haynes manual despite its flaws as it has images they others don't offer. I have the Clymer and Autobooks manuals as well.
I like reading manuals to gain a complete understanding of the systems in the car. I have found that no one manual is the complete answer.
The Fiat manual assumes you have considerable experience and can be very unclear at times.
One can find them on Ebay as well as used bookstores. There are some manuals online for free as well.

Re: repair manuals
That link is an awesome resource by the way. It would be a great thing to include as a sticky for the forum.
