Crankcase Breather Hose

Does anyone know a source for the molded crankcase breather hose that goes from the base of the air filter canister to the crankcase on the driver's side of the block. I have a 79 California-equipped carb'd Spider. I can't seem to locate one and I have an emissions test coming up next month. They won't pass it with the cracked, rotted hose that's on there now even though it is wrapped neatly with black tape. I'm told that it will be an instant "fail".

It fits perfectly. The longer section attaches to the side of the crankcase, then the 90 degree bend takes it straight up past the master cylinder to the air cleaner canister. It is the original hose from 1979, so I know it is the correct part for the car and it fits nice and neatly in the space. My guess is that I won't find a molded hose like this from what I'm seeing online. None of the local stores have it either.

79 was unique for that hose. The attachment point on the air cleaner was different than other years. Since that was a low demand item, only being used for a year it was the first one discontinued. You're probably going to have to use a hose designed for another year and make some mods to have it fit.

Csaba and Ramzi at Auto Ricambi rock!!! Ramzi found that he had several specifically for the 79 Carb'd Spider only, and he is shipping me the part. Auto Ricambi saves the day again. Gotta love the Fiat vendors for their devotion to our hobby!
