Whoa Brakes

Since I will be using the Spider for spirited driving in the mountains (vs racing) I was wondering what brake pads others are using. Midwest124 offers 3 pad options: BP10, BP20, and Polymatrix-Q Pad. Which would you recommend?

Also, Midwest124 sells rotors that are 220mm vs the stock size of 227mm for 13" wheels. Is the 7mm a non-issue or should I source 227mm rotors elsewhere.

Thanks in advance.

A set of Whoa brakes and BP10 pads transformed the stopping on our spider. They aren't cheap but I have found them worth every penny and would reccommend them based on my experience. And Jon at midwest 124 has been very informative and helpful along the way - a part of the bargain that I consider highly valuable.
I can't comment on the other pads you mentioned, though if they have either A: more bite or B: less dust, then I think you would be even happier with them.

Aside from metal masters you can try Ferodo pads or EBC green stuff pads. Both are good pads and will provide a bit more bite for the stock system without breaking the bank. I had Ferodo and would reccomend them, but they produce a lot of dust, the EBC pads are supposed to be good or better and produce a lot less dust.

I run the Ferodo and don't mind the excessive dust.
Mark has the Yellow Stuff pads for the spider now. I hope they are waaayyyy better than the Green Stuff which really don't get close to comparing to the Ferodo.
I plan to get the entire WHOA brake set up soon.

Thanks for everybody's feedback. After an email exchange with Jon Logan I decided on going with the Whoa 13" setup with BP10 pads for mountain driving.
